ESTABLISHED patients of Malia Family Medicine may use my On-Line Scheduling System at AppointmentQuest to make their own appointment during available time slots. 
I receive an email notification for all appointments made.
When you set-up an account online, please remember your sign-in and password for future use to access that same account.

For same day appointments, or if no convenient appointment is available online, patients may Email or Call The Office.  I will try to accommodate your needs.

NEW PATIENTS and SKIN SENSE LASER patients, please Email or Call The Office and leave a message for me.  I will try to find a convenient time for your appointment.

Office Hours are generally 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Most Wednesdays include evening appointment hours.

I will also try to accommodate my patients' needs for appointments as best I am able, so additional evening and Saturday morning appointments are at times available.

Office Policies for Appointments:

To cancel an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. This helps other patients have better access to care.

Missed appointments are charged $30.

After multiple missed appointments, a patient may be excused from the practice.

I will give you a $5 Starbucks Gift Card if I start your appointment more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time (or 15 minutes after you arrive if you are late). .
